Mi Carboncito Peruvian Food: A Taste of Authentic Peruvian Cuisine in Las Vegas

was here for a weekend and decided to try this spot after seeing someone on tik tok talk about it. I’m from nj and Peruvian so i can be very picky about Peruvian food. this was hands down some of the best Peruvian food I’ve tried on the west coast. I had the pollo a la brasa and my friend had the arroz chaufa con pollo. The pollo a la brasa was seasoned well and the chicken was juicy not dry. I got helado de lucuma to go and that was also good. very traditional set up, it reminded me of a lot of the Peruvian food stops in northern jersey. 10/10 recommend!

I am visiting a friend in Summerlin. We decided to try something new and go to this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend. The ambiance transforms you to a festive location. Latin music not too loud, clean decor and totally feel like you were invited into a Peruvian home for a meal!

I always get the whole chicken with the fries and a salad. It is a family favorite that never fails! The chicken is cooked to perfection and the French fries are amazing. My mom loves the simple salad. It's always fresh and crisp. At some point I will order the lomo saltado. Definitely a spot that is in my regular rotation

Even though it’s all the way across town for me, I had to make the trip and it was absolutely worth it. This spot is a hidden gem! The ceviche is flavorful, and made just right, while the pollo a la brasa hits that perfect balance of smoky, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding, genuine and welcoming, the kind you don’t always find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking for authentic flavors and great vibes, I highly recommend stopping by.

My wife and I ate dinner here tonight. Really good food. Service was fast and friendly. To say the portions are large is quite an understatement. My wife and I could have easily shared my meal tonight and we still both would have been full.

If the pictures don’t give it away I don’t know what will… THIS FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! the Lomo was to die for. Portions are huge and the food is made fresh fresh fresh. You will not regret a Peruvian feast.

For the price, it's an incredible deal how good the food is, and how much you get! One dinner is enough to feed 2 or 3 people. My order was to go. I ordered lomo saltado, hot green sauce, and a 2 liter of inka cola. The food was still hot when it got to my house. When I opened the lid of food, it was a heaping amount of food absolutely filled up to the top. The food was very good, but so much I could only eat less than half before being stuffed. That's not a complaint! The beef is tasty. Onions and potatoes were firm and fresh. The hot sauce is good but very hot! I probably don't need to order extra sauce next time. Definitely will order again.

Amazing!! I’ve had some pretty awesome meals in Peru, but I can confidently say that this is one of the best Peruvian meals I’ve ever had. The portions are huge. Everything was delectable but the lomo saltado was life changing. We were staying on the strip and took a 20 minute uber here, best decision of our trip!
